Has anyone bought a new car recently? I just started looking and the dealerships are pricing vehicles thousands over MSRP... I have some TP’s ready for any tips/strategies that you may have when dealing with the car sales people.

If you can, wait till next year and the car market settles down.

People were saying last year, that the market would be better this year. It’s just crazy out there.
The positive to that is you get a lot more money for your used car in this market.  I have a coworker that bought a car 2.5 years ago, and the dealership bought it back from her for only like 3k less than she paid for it, and she is getting the new version of the car (with better features) with a much better interest rate for only about 3k more than she paid for the last one i.e. she is getting a brand new car with a lower monthly payment for about 6k more out of pocket.
I was finally wrong. Boston not only didn't win in 5, but didn't win at all.

does anyone have this core aerator?  If so is it worth it?  Price seems a bit steep.

https://rollaerator.com/

Seems really expensive and the reviews are mixed. It is interesting, though. Check out the video and comments section.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Based on the pricing I got from my lawn company it would pay for itself after one use.  I tried renting an aerator once but couldn't get it in my car and I don't want to pay or store a gas powered one.  For that size might be worth it if it did the job.

Depends on the mileage. I have over 80K miles so they want to give me $4-5K less than KBB. Going to try again in the spring time.

If that’s the case, you should definitely buy your own aerator. 100%
