I don't remember if it was for every open slot under 12 players, or under 13, that a team would be assigned a minimum contract cap-hold of $490K.

I rounded to the nearest $10,000 and got all my salaries from shamsports.com. shamsports didn't list James Anderson so I took him at the vet min for the whole year at $850,000.

So I started with a cap of $99.3 million and spent only $82.58 million. The only guy I overspent on was Devin Harris. I probably could have picked up another PG to be the primary backup for almost the vet min so I could probably done an incredibly similar team, (changing Harris for someone good and cheap at PG who was available after I chose Harris) for About $75 million
