We've been having a good amount of trades being influenced by salary issues

This is my first CB draft so I don't have much to compare to but it's funny how much trades have slowed down. People are being much more conservative the past couple days and even the deals that are being made are very small

You were saying?

You're getting to the point where team's have an identity.

Once that's formed it's tough to break up a team. Because a major trade means that you probably have to move 2 or 3 more other guys. For example, if I were to move Tim Duncan - all of a sudden guys like Shane Battier and Jared Dudley have infinitely less value to my team

Yea that's very true. People have begun to build around certain players so moving those players becomes much more tough. I miss the beginning when it was a trade frenzy lol much more entertaining

Kyle Lowry, Dwayne Wade, 13th pick in even numbered rounds, 18th pick in odd numbered rounds.

Boo whoever is Chicago. You offered way more than I was willing to for Ellis.

If anyone needs to shed some salary give your friend Evan a call (that's me, in case that wasn't clear)
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

Gauging the Trade value of my team, make some offers on any of the following:

PG: Darren Collison 2.3
SG: Courtney Lee 5 .0
SF:Chandler Parsons 0.88
PF: Greg Monroe 3.2
C: Andre Drummond 2.3

Bench Andrea Bargnani 10.0

Yeah, I offered way better value as well (to Chicago).

Not sure taking on Monta is ever a good idea.

I still think Chicago should have traded Deng instead. I like that Bulls team with Monta alongside JJ and Iggy on the wings. Less so with Deng there and no JJ.

I think Chicago would have been better off dumping Glen Davis and keeping their JJ, Iggy and Deng trio than making this move.

Very good upgrade for Washington. JJ is a really good player and he should fit in reasonably well alongside Tony Parker and Pau Gasol.

Not a bad swap for Washington and Chicago shed some much needed salary

Why not? I get it. It's the CB Monta hate is it.

Chicago's defense is still stellar, maybe top 3 even with Monta (who averages 2 steals BTW). Albeit inefficient, he can still score 20 a game. He can find open teammates (5 assists per game).

Say everything about him. Cancer, chucker, etc. Chicago is not concerned. While it does not want to get rid of JJ, Chicago is still a team to beat in the East with this lineup, the team knows it and you guys know it.

Monta Ellis is a well above average defensive player at PG.

I like how Monta has become the new Mo Williams in these drafts. Except Mo Williams was an all star.
