How do upload an excel spreadsheet table to post it in a post.

I have a small table of data in my harddrive I want to post however cutting and pasting the table causes the columns to get all messed up and I have to reformat the data to make it look presentable.

Help my save time please??

not sure how to help you, but you can either attach a document to any post or you can create a google document and link to it
