MVP Poll How To: If you remember the drill, great. If not, just wing it. .
I'm pretty well out of gas here, but wanted to get a poll up before hitting the hay.
The Celts dug themselves another early hole as the Lakers had a patented scoring barrage in the first. Yet teh Celts dug their heals in and put themselves in position to close out the series. Tonight they couldn't finish the job despite an MVP clinching effort by Pierce (should the C's win the series). A mammoth 48 minute job by the Captain tonight. No Perk and a foul stricken KG opened up the door for Gasol's most physical game of the series. Some truly odd rotations saw Tony Allen play a key role in the 2nd quarter comeback. Even Sammy pitched in tonight with some big 2nd half points. In the end, the Lakers made the plays and sent this one back to Beantown.
Obviously you hate to see the loss but nothing has changed to make me think the Celts are not the better. They'll take of biz in Game 6.
My votes for Game 5: Pierce 3, Posey 1 (played 32 with a +9 and hustled his butt off), Tony Allen 1, Cassell 1[/b]
