Pretty good, he's going to be the most sought after "veteran" guy of the off season.

Like Sheed, Allen, O'Neal, etc. have been in the past. Lots of teams offering up MLE or mini-MLE type deals.

Early reports are that he was miserable earlier in the season, so even with the team's surge in the second half I think he'd be open to moving in FA.

AFAIK he's still got his house in Waltham.

Just saying.
At least a goldfish with a Lincoln Log on its back goin' across your floor to your sock drawer has a miraculous connotation to it.

I thought he'd lived in Lincoln?

Well anyways, if I had his bank, I'd have houses in more than one city.

Ok, being a cheapskate, I'd have one main house near Boston, and a few condos for world travel like a crash pad in London, Sydney, Rio, and LA.

I think KG retires this summer and Pierce goes to LA to play for Doc.

Me too.  I don't want him back here, I don't want to live in the past.  His legacy in Boston is intact without the need to have him retire as a Celtic.

My guess is he's more likely to join a pseudo-contender in Clipperland to reunite with Doc than to come back to Boston for a feel-good quixotic season.

I think if the Nets get into the second round and give the Pacers or Heat a good series (I personally think that they could beat either team), then Pierce and KG will both return.  You have to look at the players,  KG is too proud to give up mid contract on a contender and Pierce wouldn't leave KG behind in Brooklyn.  Plus the Nets are going to be way better next year after Lopez returns and Kidd has more experience as a coach.
