Thats an awesome resource-I didn't know Jordan was born in NY, I always associated him with NC

Nice to see MR. Paul Pierce as the best scorer in California history too, with some pretty stiff competition.

LOL at myself. At first I thought Roy was just listing for everyone the states in New England, so people knew the rules.

I've said it before, but if you want to read a great book about Fall River basketball (and by association, Chris Herren and Michael a little bit too) Fall River Dreams... awesome awesome read

Wow.  You;d win some bets if you asked anyone to name the Massachusetts born player with the highest career scoring average.

Public Enemy #1.  I guess I forgot he was born here.

Basketball Reference.com rules.

Bill "F'n" Laimbeer was born in Massachusetts??????????   AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!

This has to be some sort of collective sick demented warped internet conspiracy joke on Celtics nation.

I love my kids - Call me a sap, but it's true.

How about Ronnie Perry from CM and Holy Cross.  Once held the state scoring record.  He was drafted by the Celtics in 1980

Have to admit, I used to like Lamar Odom. Lived in NY; but played for a CT prep school before URI.
