Ugh... who in the world designed this?

I like the honey color in the middle, but they should have made the whole floor that color instead of making inside the three point line a lighter color. It's too big of a contrast.

I watched some of their overtime game the other night vs. San Antonio and it was like watching a game played in a small college gym.  My wife came in the room and asked what the heck happened to the floor.

  • The good ole days.
Agree.

I'm guessing it was the same person that designed their absolutely hideous uniforms.

Don't forget those hideous uniforms.  It looks like someone chewed up every version of the old Timberwolves unis and then puked them up into a pile. Yuck. :-X

Maybe McHale is getting into the design aspects of the team.  Have you seen those lovely sweaters he wears to games?

If you take away the farmers tan, its basically a copy of Dallas's court.

I didn't like the floor at first but it's grown on me, I like it now. I prefer a traditional plain court, but Minny's is good too.

What I do not like are those flashing multi-coloured lights that bounce off the floor. Especially the side areas in the paint that suddenly turn green or red in the middle of a possession. Besides being a eye sore for the viewer, that must be a distraction for the players.

hahahah that's funny. But honestly I don't mind the court too much, not as much as the uniform anyway....gawd....that's just...

I'm with you maestro on this one (well at least the court). I think the colour scheme will really work well as the wolves progress into a tough opponent and may perhaps add a menacing element and help their home court advantage.

...Geez I'm probably over-analyising this a bit, but I like the court.  8)

I'm with you guys.

With the NBA and major college ball we see hundreds of different courts every year.  It's nice to see one that's a little different than just about every other one out there.

After 18 months with their Bigs, the Littles were: 46% less likely to use illegal drugs, 27% less likely to use alcohol, 52% less likely to skip school, 37% less likely to skip a class
