Get your predictions down before opening tip (or after, who cares).  I'll try to revisit this in April and give TPs to the closest picks for the league and for the Celtics specifically.

Remember records should add up to .500 but also remember it's the Internet and logic can take a hike. Mine definitely won't add up.

Here's mine:

East
Boston 62-20
Toronto 57-25
Milwaukee 52-30
Philly 50-32
Indiana 47-35
Washington 45-37
Miami 43-39
Cleveland 42-40
Detroit 39-43
Charlotte 37-45
Brooklyn 35-47
Orlando 31-51
Chicago 29-53
Atlanta 22-60
New York 17-65

West
Golden State 61-21
Utah 56-26
Houston 56-26
OKC 53-29
Denver 49-33
LAL 47-35
New Orleans 46-36
San Antonio 43-39
Portland 42-40
Minnesota 41-41
Memphis 39-43
Dallas 35-47
LAC 30-52
Sacramento 27-55
Phoenix 24-58

I don't know who is on the team's yet. How they've changed from last year. I know most of the big moves but I am a bit unsure about some moves and most team's benches. I love these threads though. I'll give it a whirl and probably chop and change it a bit as I look up rosters and figure out which teams fixed or wrecked their benches.

I haven't been that interested in the league outside of Boston and Golden State. Those two teams are so far ahead of everyone else that nobody else matters. All the other teams are just filler.

I'll rank them by tiers for now.

Elite Teams

Boston
Golden State

Very Good Teams

Houston

Good Teams

Oklahoma City
LA Lakers
Toronto
Philadelphia

Mediocre Teams

Milwaukee
Indiana
Utah
Dallas
Denver
Portland
Minnesota (if Jimmy Butler stays)
Washington
San Antonio

Poor Teams

LA Clippers
Charlotte
Cleveland
Detroit
Memphis
Miami
New Orleans

Lousy Teams

Atlanta
Sacramento
Orlando
New York
Chicago
Brooklyn
Phoenix

So let's see, that's

Eastern Conference

 1 - Boston - 68 wins
 2 - Toronto - 60 wins
 3 - Philadelphia - 56 wins
 4 - Indiana - 46 wins
 5 - Milwaukee - 45 wins
 6 - Washington - 42 wins
 7 - Detroit - 38 wins
 8 - Charlotte - 37 wins

 9 - Miami - 36 wins
10 - Cleveland - 30 wins
11 - Brooklyn - 28 wins
12 - Chicago - 27 wins
13 - Orlando - 26 wins
14 - New York - 24 wins
15 - Atlanta - 15 wins

Western Conference

 1 - Golden State - 70 wins
 2 - Houston - 64 wins
 3 - Oklahoma - 56 wins
 4 - LA Lakers - 53 wins
5 - Minnesota (if Jimmy Butler stays) - 49 wins
 6 - Portland - 47 wins
 7 - Denver - 47 wins
 8 - Utah - 45 wins

 9 - Dallas - 41 wins
10 - San Antonio - 38 wins
11 - New Orleans - 35 wins
12 - Memphis - 32 wins
13 - LA Clippers - 29 wins
14 - Phoenix - 26 wins
15 - Sacramento - 21 wins

We also get the Clippers pick if they make the playoffs, so I'm changing them to 48 wins.
