foul discrepancy on the 2nd quarter

14 to 5?

around that
That's some mess.
Besides that copy the first quarter and don't let the Heat get too close and this could be winnable. The refs need to do a better job also because they are really embarrassing.

I don't like blaming the refs for things, but it's difficult to see the Celtics outplay a team by that much and only have a six-point lead to show for it.  I felt like they deserved better than they got in the second quarter.

We basically just played the best we can and miami is hanging with us. If miami did the same thing we'd probably get blown out, very troubling. Lets hope for a great second half tho...

so ure going to ignore the bogus calls? lol

our first quarter was obviously our best
2nd quarter, we allowed them to be the aggressors

if we duplicate the 1st quarter in the 3rd, we can put this game away
otherwise, no.

We have 11 turnovers and have missed 4 free throws. The Celtics are not playing perfect

Didn't say perfect, nobody ever plays perfect. Still, we're playing about as good as we can hope for and the heat are still right there.

Complaining about the refs will get you no where.

I certainly wouldn't say we played perfectly on defense.

They are right there because the refs got them there, if they were calling the same way they were in the first quarter we'd have a 15 point lead

yea. some of those calls were wack tho
we're still up 6, which would still be a win and still break their 22 game winning streak

I don't usually complain about the officiating, but this is so blatantly one-sided I am ready to punch my plasma.

Lebron Juice James is just bulling his way into the lane. any resistance by Boston is whistled. but let Pierce drive into the lane and it's an offensive foul.

did you see James just ramming into Jeff Green during foul shots ??? you are not supposed to be able to just bulldoze someone out of the way.

Miami closed the gap because they were allowed to force their way to the lane area, while Boston was whistled for trying to do the same.

it's sickening to see Stern & Co. on their knees to Steroid Lebron and Pat Riley. Stern has been screwing the Celtics any time he has been given the opportunity since he became commissioner. the little weasel is still mad at Red for being the icon of the league - his fragile ego is still driving him. sickening.
The Four Celtic Generals:
Russell - Cowens - Bird - Garnett

The Four Celtic Lieutenants:
Cousy - Havlicek - McHale - Pierce

i mean, if they adjust to Jeff, who are they leaving wide open?

Paul?
AB, who can shoot
Lee, who can shoot
JET?

come on.

We just have to stay aggressive.

Make whatever excuse you want. They are still right there. The heat will get the same ref treatment in the playoffs so if we can't deal with it we won't win.
