I think that no new players were able to be add to be Bid on after 9pm last night


That's what I heard too.....?

I was under the impression that all bidding stopped at 9PM last night. Apparently I was wrong b/c it looks like some bids were made directly before midnight.

Once BDubs added DJ Augustin, I figured it was fair game to add another....

bidding can continue...window of opportunity to add new player officially ended at 9 PM last night.

That doesnt seem fair. If I had known that Amir Johnson was going to be bid out of my price-range, after 9PM, I would have gone with another player before 9PM.

I agree, I had the same situation where I had a player last night & someone bid on them this morning?  If adding players @9pm was the end of it, then it should be the end for all bidding.

The idea was for there to be enough players left on the board for all of the rosters to be filled.  I guess teams that didn't raise a player shouldn't have been allowed to place bids.

Obviously how to end this flippin thing needs some more thought. 

Next year it will be done by people raising a player for bid when it is their turn and this won't be an issue.

It may be unfair the way it is, but it was posted as such, and it's equally unfair to guys who bid on a player last night after 9, when they may not have if they new they could add a player today.

Let's finish it the way it's planned, then people with empty slots will have first crack at the free agents.  However, if you can legally bid on any player currently on the board YOU MUST.

Well I guess I have to bid on Thaddeous Young.  Darn I hope he turns into a big time player that would be real funny that I was somewhat forced to get him.  I really think setting a deadline to add players when all but two players on the board could not be bid on due to roster/cap restraints.  The draft would have ended tonight anyways because no one would have had the roster space & cap room to add players except for I think 2 or 3 of us, but hey rules are rules.

we're contemplating a plan for a perpetual draft...any input from inefficiency experts would be welcomed
