What happend if I end with 13 players and no money.
IS that posible or its forbidden

You need to have enough cash to fill a minimum of $1/per open slot for a 15 player roster.

KWhit, I have you with 9 players signed and bids on 7 more players.  I don't think you can do that without officially putting a rookie on the farm team.

So do I just declare now that I'm putting rookies on the farm system now?  Or would I do this on my team page.  I don't think the reserve option on the team page is for farm reserve.

My impression is you just have to say so, and you can't take it back once you've stated your intention, but I don't know for sure.  We'll see what Redz says I guess, but I'm almost certain you can't have bids on more than 15 guys otherwise.

It shouldn't really matter.  As long as you are not bidding on more than 15 non-rookies.  It would be a given that the rookies would be reserves if you have 15 non-rookies on your team since you can't just drop players you've won. 

You can put guys on your FARM roster at any point (by informing me of the designation), but once you have placed them there you may not move them until after the season starts.

I don't see a problem with placing bids on players that would potentially put your roster at over 15 players as long as:

1) winning all of the bids would not put you over the cap.
2) you have a player(s) who are eligible to be farmed. 

That said, if you should end up winning all of the bids and your roster balloons to 16 or more, you would be required to place the farmable players on FARM RESERVE.

Thanks Redz - I thought it was kind of like having more bids than cap money, but I guess it's a bit more flexible.  Sorry for the confusion KWhit, I was wrong.  In the future, I'd suggest doing what my fiancee does and ignore me

not necessarily wrong or right, just my interpretation.  In this scenario there is some wiggle room if all the chips fall one way, whereas in the $$$ scenario there isn't any (wiggle room).

So I can put for exaple my expensive plyer Griffin
then I automatically get 45 dollars
then I use that money to buy two more players
then i get my roster to 14 players with one dollar, can I activate griffin back?
I am pretty sure the answer is no

No.  No matter how many players you have - you cannot go over $250 cap
