Very quick scoring question for everybody - I've read the basics but I want to make sure I'm clear on this:

If my 12 beats your 12 in scoring by 200 pts for the week
And your 12 beats mine in blocks by 1 block for the week

Then we are tied 1-1, correct?  Margin of victory is cumulative from day to day, but ultimately you get 1 pt or 0 for the week in each category regardless of margin, right?

Bit fuzzy on this too - is there a built-in raise after Year 1 or are they pegged to the exact salary?  The $5 "option year" fee is what I'm talking about.  Does that kick in at the beginning of Year 2 to extend the contract, or is it before Year 3?
