With the 3rd pick of the 8th round the LA Clippers select:

Serge Ibaka

But wait... what's that?
Quote from: Woj
LAC rumoured to be trading Serge Ibaka immediately after drafting him. More details to come
I love Serge :(

With the 2nd pick in Round 7 of the 2020 Historical Draft the Miami Heat select:

Rashard Lewis
Excellent pick, he was incredible for Orlando in the late 2000s.

What in the world is going on with all the PGs selected in these last few rounds, when there is still a clearly superior, All-NBA, multiple time All-Star PG out there. Has everyone forgotten this guy existed, or are they only remembering the injury plagued final few seasons of his career?

If I didn't have two stud PG's on my roster I would have taken him this round I think, but I feel the high-volume inefficient scoring hurts his stock

^^^this. I would've picked him in the 6th round if my team construction was different FWIW.

Yeah, I already mentioned he should have gone to start the day.

Size, defense and durability.  He suffered a career-destroying injury during his best year, which probably makes teams skittish.

Unless we're talking about a different player, he was a very strong defender during his peak. Led the league in steals twice I think, and had better defensive metrics than many other guys labeled as 'defensive PGs'.

I think a lot of people missed the boat on this guy. I'd have him starting over at least three players currently listed as starting PGs.

Yeah we were talking about him a few days ago. I just prefer Lowry due to my team's construction, his erratic outside shooting and general inefficiency on offence don't fit well on my offence. Amazing guard defender and underrated distributor though.
