This is a really good draft video on short roll passers. It put two more guys on my radar in Reggie Perry and Kaleb Wesson. It also made me appreciate Tillman's game more.

Terry looks awesome :o

Please pick him Danny

Lets just hope some other team picking earlier doesn't take him

Suns have been known to make curveball picks. Like Cameron Johnson last season  (suppose to go in the late teens/early 20s).

I could see them reaching for Terry at 10.   Rubio is on his way out (in a year or two) and they could add depth at the PG position
I'd honestly trade up for Terry. He's young, has great basketball skills and IQ to go along with an excellent work ethic while concerns about his physical tools aren't that pressing anymore after this growth spurt - that's as good as a prospect you can get in a pretty weak draft class.

If he can improve that 3 point shooting up from 32 % he could be very interesting. His free throw shooting and passing look good. I don't think he's even on a draft board in the second round. A little slow but he looks like a smart player on the floor. There are a lot of intersting role players all the way to the end of this draft.

Yes. He is. I drafted him as the Magic in our mock off-season. I've heard he may have some character concerns, but he is a really good athlete that could become something like a prime James Johnson in the NBA (without the posters).

I hadn't seen that. He looks more like a 2nd rounder but 30 would be good. If I had to pick between Perry and Paul Reed though, I'd take Reed at 30.

I assume not at #14, however.

Michigan State, undersized, playmaking kind of forward. Not to mention a terrific defensive player.

Next Draymond Green?

Yup

But may not be there at 26

He fits well on a team like Nets ... who need a guy to do the dirty work/defensive anchor and not care to score

I really think Maxey sounds like an Ainge type target.

Mannion, Josh Green and Zeke Nnaji are all likely to be drafted. Green will probably be a first round pick

Prospects who were linked with the celtics so far:

Tyller Terry:

Xavier Tillman:

LaMelo Ball:
https://lonzowire.usatoday.com/2020/09/16/lamelo-ball-rumors-2020-nba-draft-boston-celtics/

UPDATE: DraftExpress’ Jonathan Givony reported that Ball was in Boston for a meeting with Puma, not for a workout with the Celtics.

Can't see how Celts would be interested in Ball.  I mean they wouldn't trade up for him.
