Bringing in Zaza is a mistake. It's one thing to play two bugs against our smaller lineup when both of them can punish us for going small, but Zaza is just gonna get then killed
I'm bitter.

Our offense looks much more in synch so far.

2 free throws and a 3 to JB? Is he finally back?

Let's see him finishing at the rim.

I'm getting really frustrated with Tatum's tendencies toward the mid-range pull-up now. Kobe ruined him over the summer. He had a lane just there and opted for the pull-up instead.

Well, I think the midrange beats standing around the 3pt line.  I think you take the shots you are more comfortable with.

...I wouldn’t worry about it.  Tatum will still take his share of 3s within the offense

The funny thing is, despite his reputation, he is actually not all that bad. He was like 62% at the rim last year which is good for a SG/SF type. Not amazing, but good. Granted given his size/athleticism he could be better.

Wow, we look soooooo much better tonight. Excellent offensive decisions thus far. And we're making them work for everything defensively.

Al is probably the best defender Griffin has had to face thus far.

Brown with an excellent game thus far. Excellent defense on Griffin. Hit two FTs and a three. Drove strong to the basket and got hacked with a no call.
