  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
A contest:

Make the best Haiku about the Celtics beating the Lakers in the finals win. Winner gets tommy points, as many as can be provided until I get bored with clicking the button (mods can add unlimited points)

We'll vote on the best ones whenever I put up the poll, put the entries here. Watch the language, and if you think an entry should be in the poll, enter it.

1)
The Lakers will lose
Mamba starts pointing fingers
But its not Shaq's fault.
2)
Phil Jackson thinks zen,
But he should heed Confucius:
Defense wins titles.

There once was a guard from Nantucket
who took the ball hard to the bucket
He said with a grin
As the Celtics got the win
The Lakers were favored but *#($*! it.

Ok, ok, I know ... wrong format.  LOL.

1 Beat LA. Beat the Lakers
nobody likes them
Beat LA. Beat the Fakers

2
When Kobe tries to dunk it
Clothesline will be there
When Kobe tries to dunk it

3
Nobody likes Kobe now
Now he misses Shaq
Shaq doesn't miss him

4
When we beat LA next week
Everyone will cry
Because they are all losers

5
We will beat LA Big Time
Despite what Stern wants
That is his problem. Too bad.

I could do this all day

Cacophonies are unpleasant, right?  Maybe that's the babble of the national media and the whining of the Lakers fans.

I hate explaining things.

The cacophony is the noise non-Celtic fans will hear.
