I live in a small seaport community in the East End of Long Island. Very recently over a span of 48 hours there were 6 overdose deaths from cocaine laced with Fentanyl. I lot of ODs occur because the drug of choice is cut with Fentanyl. Awful.

It’s crazy. The big risk used to be people taking heroin cut with fentanyl. Now, some of my clients are using straight fentanyl. It’s gotten to the point where the DA’s office is handing out Narcan.
