I still think this goes 7. Orlando probably wins at home Game 6

Probably gonna be the 2018 ECF vibes again. All home teams win their home games, except Game 7. I would take ORL on the road in a Game 7 versus Cleveland.

Not sure they have enough offense for that. Banchero is still a little too young and inexperienced for as much as they rely on him.

I don't think I have liked any Cavs team since the days of Mark Price and Larry Nance.

Oh that brief 1998 Shawn Kemp & the 4 rookies team. That is it. For 30 years.

Magic were 9-31 from three. That includes Banchero's 4-7. So the rest of the team, his supporting cast, were only 5-24 from three point land tonight.

Banchero played great. His teammates didn't give him enough help.

New York Knicks forward Bojan Bogdanovic will undergo season-ending surgeries to repair foot and wrist injuries, sources tell
@TheAthletic

@Stadium
. Bogdanovic played a key scoring role off the Knicks bench since coming over in deadline day trade from Detroit.

I was wondering who was missing from that Knicks game. Why they only played 7 guys. I couldn't figure it out. Bogdanovic. Okay.

Their bench looked real light without him. They only played McBride and M Robinson. No backup wing that Thibs can trust. Alec Burks is probably next man up. But he didn't trust him today.

Knicks are going to get run into the ground if they keep only playing 7 guys. They need at least a 5-10min guy as an 8th man.

Joel Embiid has to be one of the least likeable players in the NBA.

Jalen Brunson has to be one of the most likeable players in the NBA.

Chris Finch had knee surgery.

They say

In the early stages of his rehabilitation, Finch will be required to keep right leg immobilized in a brace. If Finch isn't able to park on the sidelines to start the series, assistant Micah Nori will coach Game 1 on Saturday, with Finch likely communicating to the bench from the locker room, sources said.

Mike Malone will have the coaching advantage over Micah Nori

Some Cavs tidbits

Quote
The Cavaliers ran hot and cold throughout the regular season with each stretch coming with a seemingly different philosophy.

Their best basketball came without Darius Garland and Evan Mobley. Their small-ball lineup with Donovan Mitchell running the show and Jarrett Allen as their only big took the league by storm. They dominated on the glass, were versatile defensively, and took a ton of threes.

Quote
The Cavs are overly reliant on Mitchell to carry them as they fluctuated with his play all season. They were 16-5 in the regular season when he scored 30 or more points and were 32-29 when he didn’t. This included going 12-15 in games he didn’t play.

Gallinari cannot move at all on defense.

He is a statue. Just get the switch and drive.

How do you leave Beasley open twice for 3s?

The first one was ridiculous. The defender went with Beverley to leave Beasley open. How are you more worried about Pat Bev's jump shot than Beasley's? It is literally the only thing Beasley does well.
