Myers Leonard looks like a good fit for The Celtics, He's 7 foot tall and shot the three at a 41% clip last year, 39% career 3 pt shooter.

The guy who couldn't get any minutes vs Celtics, and who only got minutes when Bam hurt in finals?

No thanks.  Too stiff.

Maybe on the Celtics Dance squad.

Dude was nothing but a glorified cheerleader during The Heats bubble run.

He was the starter earlier in the year. I think he would fit better than Kanter.

I would have Ibaka, Milsap and a few others over Leonard but anyway you slice it the Celtics need more shooting.

I don't see the point in moves like this that don't move the needle.
2023 Historical Draft - Brooklyn Nets - 9th pick

Bigs - Pau, Amar'e, Issel, McGinnis, Roundfield
Wings - Dantley, Bowen, J. Jackson
Guards - Cheeks, Petrovic, Buse, Rip

SF/SG- Tatum, Brown, Hayward, Smart, Semi, Clark
PG- Irving, Rozier, Larkin

I don't think he's that good and I definitely don't like his personality (as does Isaiah Thomas), so an absolute NO for me.

Too soft. No defensive presence.

He may be 7 feet tall but he plays like a frail passive little guard.

Yeah, he’s not a rotation center.  No toughness on either end, and he lacks a high basketball IQ so he can’t succeed as a finesse player.

It’s too bad, because with his size and shooting, he should be a starter.
