Tommy just said that the most he ever made in the NBA was $25,800.00, and that he and many others had other jobs as well ... amazing.

GREAT defense by the C's on that trip! Rondo is definitely not 100% with the hammy ... not elevating well at all, (but still finding his team-mates and being very effective). Sweet drive by Pierce!

Watching for the first time, (the replay), and I love what I'm seeing from this team this year ... the unselfishness, KG looking as good as he has since he's come here, Rondo being the leader and facilitator on the floor, the renaissance that Shaq is having, Ray elevating and moving so well off the ball, Pierce in great shape and being solid in his quiet way, Big Baby huge off the bench, Marquis being more aggressive, and Nate a great energy source.

Yes, we've had our share of half-hearted moments this year, but I think those are just small kinks in the chemistry that will be worked out long before playoff time. And when Perk and Jermaine come back, (hopefully Delonte, though I doubt it this year), we're going to be very, very deep, very formidable defensively, and as powerful on offense as we've been since 1986. I am as confident about this team winning it all as I have been since then, too.
TP Bahku my thoughts exactly so giddy about this team right now  ;D
"7ft PG. Rondo leaves and GUESS WHAT? We got a BIGGER point guard!"-Tommy on Olynyk

Four fouls on the C's in three minutes ... you can always count on the officials to bring you back to reality.  :P

Gotta love the Scalabrine chant ... you'd think he'd respond with a little more than the scowl he has on his face. This city loves the guy, and he knows it.

The Bulls are certainly more defensively-minded since Thibs has been there, they just lack some of the execution skills ... it'll come to them.

Wow ... Rondo was very lucky not to dislocate his patella in that fall ... that was a bit scary.

Nice win ... they eased up a little too much in the fourth, but dug in and did what was needed. That's the difference between this year and last ... this is the kind of game they would've lost last year ... this year, no way, especially not at home.
