Assume San Antonio would have taken Jaylen, Morris, Rozier, Yabu and a non-premium pick for Kawhi.

In hindsight, do you do that deal?

As of right now, probably.

3 months from now, with additional hindsight?  Maybe not.

Come Summer 2019, with additional, additional hindsight?  Probably not.

Did I do a good job answering this question.   ;)

We should have traded for kawhi. We’d be undefeated right now if we had.

Nope. Price too high (Jaylen or Tatum) for a guy who won't commit long term.

Probably not. I love Kawhi, but trading a lot for a guy who won’t commit is too risky

I hope Danny makes all trades with that goal in mind. I used to care about him building a dynasty, but the thought of being 10-0 to start a single season is too enticing.

Yes, because Jaylen's ceiling seems way lower now than I originally thought.

However, I don't think Kawhi would be as interested in staying in Boston as he may in Toronto b/c he wouldn't be the only star here.
