Any of you guys using Internet Explorer and the frontpage is not being displayed correctly? The forums are as they're supposed to, but the frontpage isn't. I tried with Firefox, and it's displaying correctly, so I'm trying to find out if this is an issue with IE or if something messed up on my end.

I just checked with IE, and the page I got was the exact same as I have on FireFox (except with the ad on IE)

Hmm, I wonder what's going on then. It's like it was displaying correctly one minute, and messed up the next.

Seems like it's only a problem in my current laptop. Tried in 2 other computers, and they work. Don't have any clue what happened, all other pages are displaying correctly from what I can tell, but not http://www.celticsblog.com/.

I had this problem when we first converted to SB NATION. I have to use IE because i am at work and cant download any other browsers. Anyway, I just sent in a bunch of screenshots to their tech support team and they were able to fix it eventually. I havnt had a problem since that day. It is probably the version of IE that you use/have. Send them some screenshots and see if they can help.

glad it was an isolated incident

thanks everyone for helping him figure it out

I also endorse using browsers that are non-Microsoft just because I think there are better options out there - but I also know that SBN tailors their sites to be user friendly in all formats - so if you have any issues in the future, feel free to post them here

I tell you, it was the wierdest thing. I'm still scratching my head because I have no clue for the cause of it. Luckily I didn't go through a lot of troubleshooting and try to fix something that didn't need fixing, messing things up.

It is possible that the wireless connection you were on at the time was just not that strong at the moment you tried it and when it loaded it loaded wrong.

I'm not sure if that was the case. I use it every day and this is the first time it happened, and as I said, it was solely for that single page, and it loaded quite quickly. I really have no clue. If it was because of a slow connection I would've noticed I would think. But sure, that could've been the reason... but wierd that it lasted for a couple of hours or so.

Then that's really weird.  Not sure what the issue could have actually been then.
