Something has just dawned on me, through all the Celtics rebuilding issues, perhaps the person whom it most benefitted, was Marcus Smart.

Phase I: Rajon Rondo; picking his brain on passing techniques and steals would have been invaluable.

Phase II: Isaiah Thomas; getting to the basket through contact.

Phase III: Kyrie Irving; understanding backboard angles.

Phase IV: Kemba Walker; leadership & off ball movement.

Picking up knowledge from these all-star caliber point guards must have been invaluable to his development, and made him the player he is today.
5' 10" former point guard

Career highlight: 1973-74 championship, Boston Celtics

Career lowlight: traded for a washing machine

Heh I guess the Kyrie one is true. He's been doing the weird leftie hook shot these past couple years.

Edit: not to scoff at the other ones, because they look true haha, just saying it's funny how Kyrie actually taught something.

The Celtic's run on PG's since drafting Rondo has been pretty incredible. And now their PG is the DPOY. Still going.
