If Bryant falls through why not Baynes? We are talking about 3rd center minutes. He already knows the personnel, city, and coach.

Whoever it is needs to be able to switch on defense.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

I’d take Lamarcus Aldridge as a backup C. He’s 6’11”/250lbs and still had something in the tank last season. Played 22mpg for the Nets last year and gave them 13pts, 5rebs, 1blk per game. Shot 55% from the field and 87% from the line. That would be a really solid pickup, IMO.

Yeah he would be good for a few minutes I guess and wondering about Surge Ibaka ?

I like Ibaka too. Would be fine with either one.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Maybe pre-Olympics Baynes, but after his health scare the dude can barely walk. Old man Aldridge moves better than him, and he’s still got an offense game at least. I don’t think his defense will be Ime worthy though.

Biyombo back to the Suns.

Dang...

Dieng pls

That would give us one defense minded backup big and one offensive minded backup big

But if Ibaka or Aldridge has anything left I'd kick those tires

Dieng, he can bring some added toughness, had a nice interview after a altercation with Booker than on YouTube

Good defensive stats and nice shooting touch.

FWIW, Ibaka won a championship with Toronto but I don't think Aldridge has been to the Finals.

I’d love a Zach Collins trade using our TPE and multiple second round picks.

He’s still coming back from a few major injuries, so coming off the bench and keeping his minutes low shouldn’t be a problem.

Papagiannis

What's a Papagianis?
The guy the Kings reached for in the late lottery one year while they still had prime Boogie. (He was a Greek unknown Center who was 7'2 and huge, but lacked alot of skills where the NBA was headed.).

I genuinely think it was the worst pick the Kings have ever made....and that's saying something.
