How AWESOME would our team be on offense if Rondo could hit an open jumper from 15-20 feet out?  Rondo could score 20 a game.

It's so frustrating that he just can't.

And how AWESOME would it be to see Rondo play like he does right now every night? His almost constant gambling on D makes me mad (it usually breaks a hole in our defense) but his offense is excellent so far. Very aggressive.

He's best when he's gambling. See: Finals game 6

Our team is built around help defense. The bigs are usually good enough to prevent anything but a semi-open deep jumpshot.

Actually, I'd like Rondo better if he'd take his shot about 10 times a game. Just to develop a rhythm, like BBD used to do.

You know, Sheed does not put his body in a position where it could get hurt. I've seen many examples so far this year.  I am not complaining -- it's smart ball and it will preserve him, but it's a conscious way of playing that may conflict at times with the instinctual (all out) approach that KG and Pierce sometimes play with.  I think Sheed is amart and cautious.  Not many Tommy Points for Sheed this year is my bet. Interresting since he certainly has a hot-headed side.

Eddie and Shelden are starting to run an ok looking pick and roll.

Marquis got stripped 4 times in a row and didn't get a foul...

Speaking of Baby, he's gonna have a bad time getting into this rotation with Shelden playing like this...

Not really. Baby did a great job before he punched his way out of the lineup. I think he'll be alright, minute wise.

Yeah I noticed that too but didn't think that it was to preserve his body. Intelligent from his part but it must not let him become too passive.

OK defense in this quarter but the turnovers are killing our offense... we could have gotten a 6 points lead.

The Pacers shoot .526 in the first quarter. Welcome to the wonderful world of the 2009 Celtics where no defense is being played...  ::)

You mean the one that has possession of the ball for a maximum of 0.5 seconds every time he runs down the court, as opposed to this impostor Eddie who tries to be a PG. Which he's not. Obviously.
