  • Yup
For my money their best game of the year from start to finish.  Hard nosed effort on both ends.  Loved them taking it to the hoop hard early, and using that to open up the kick backs for clean shots. Everyone looked good (except maybe Eddie)
Yup

Also the Bucks without Michael Redd just beat the Nuggs on a 32 point game from B Jennings

I know what you're thinking. Yes. I did pick up Jennings for my fantasy team a few weeks ago.

Should be a good game ... though the C's usually blow out the good teams, and struggle with the mediocre ones. ;)

Atlanta may be tough ... they always give us headaches.

Another game, another night we don't allow our opponent to score 90. And hey, we scored 100+!  ;D

It sucks I didn't get to see the 2nd half (intramural basketball), but like the theme seems to be this year (and to an extent last year), we made the 3rd quarter ours and effectively ended the game then. Good to see our starters only had to play 32 min or less.

Maybe our best all-around game of the season.  Aside from some rebounding issues, we dominated a pretty good team.

Speaking of which, Utah has a lot of pieces but never seems to be able to put them together.  Puzzling why they aren't better.

Agreed, but I think the C's didn't play good defense in the first quarter. Many of the turnovers from the Jazz were not due to the C's defense at first, but then it really annoyed them. Rondo was huge in this game. His coast to coast buzzer beating layup in the third was just amazing! He should be in the Skills Challenge this year (although his shot could put him in trouble).

KG had a great game, he is really another player when his shot is falling. Classic game by Ray, Pierce did well, Perk too (although I thought he was a little bit of a blackhole in the first half but he made great passes in the second). Sheed was OK when attacking the paint but awful from three. House was not very good but Marquis was excellent so it balanced the bench production.

Overall a great game and great minutes management from Doc. I loved the Ubuntu spirit (as in the great "4 dishes layup" play in the 3rd). Bring on Atlanta! ;D
