10 of 15 of the Lakers games were homecourt...they've had a softer schedule so far than we have.

this is a good valid point
even if we have to check competition
3 tps for the one who make it here

Impressive win for Indiana considering the 45-21 free throw advantage in favor of the Lakers.  To be fair there were only 3 more personal fouls called against the Pacers (26-23).  Indiana must have been taking a lot of jump shots.

Well that's something that we know we can do is get to the basket and get fouls so I don't expect that to happen to us.  I really gotta say Perkins is gonna be so important for us even more than last year if you really think about it DWH had one of the worst games I've seen him play but his numbers don't show that, he wasn't a huge factor last night.  Perk did that for us and will do the same against Bynum.

The Lakers defense is a fraud. It's just a zone where they use their excellent size. The same D that they played last year when they just got Gasol. They were supposed to be a good defensive team going into the finals last year as well. We all know how that turned out.

Not to mention the amount of back to backs we have played compared to them.

that means the celtics are the leagues best now. that's right. no more of this lakers are unbeatable crap.

now we got to beat the pacers tomorrow... imagine if the pacers got back to back wins? celtics then lakers? not going to happen.

Lakers Strength of Schedule thus far - .552
Celtics Strength of Schedule thus far - .515

But the home/away thing definitely sways it towards even if anything.

By the way, why has Dunleavy not been playing?  I assume it is injury related, but any info will be appreciated -- thanks!

Yes, our overall strength of schedule is slightly behind them but if you toss out the game against the Thunder, ours is better (that really skews it). Plus we've beaten Detroit, Cleveland, Houston and Orlando, all of whom are among the top teams in the NBA.

Right now we have played 7 games against the teams with the ten best records in the NBA and are 6-1. The Lakers have played 4 and are 3-1. However they did play Denver once sans Billups and Portland who was essentially without Oden.

Ugh... tendinitis in his right knee.

I know because I drafted the highly underrated fantasy player on the same team that I took Arenas in the 10th round.... not knowing that Dunleavy was hurt.  Being a Roto setting, the two guys with all DNPs is hurting me badly.
