Still think we can win the #1 seed?

Who was thinking that after all the injuries yesterday?

Amazing coaching job by Brad, both in the short and long term.

In the short term, he gave the Cs multiple opportunities to win the game.

In the long term, he gave Tatum the ball to let him experiment with being a primary scorer. Hopefully the number of times he got blocked, along with the key misses late in the game, will make him hungry to improve his athleticism and overall game.

They lost the number one seed when they returned from London up until the all star break. That race is over. Biggest race for Boston is if Indiana or Washington can stay in third

Yabusele had 5 assists in 18 minutes.

He should have played more. I felt we lost our rebounding edge when he wasn’t in the game.

Such a tough loss.

Morris played a great game, but leaving Meeks wide open in the corner was completely inexcusable. Let them have the layup, they had no timeouts left. And then Tatum missing the free throw to win it.

Yes, happy with the effort and nobody expected us to win tonight but we had this game, twice.

I’m ok with second place as long as Indy stays in 3rd. Let Washington and Cleveland battle it out and winner gets Toronto. If we fast forward a month and the seeds stay exactly the same, I won’t complain.

Just gotta get healthy.

Mental breakdown definitely tough for Morris. Hate seeing Wizards fans rejoicing and bashing that they smoked the Celtics tonight at the Garden, ugh.

Tatum can miss all the free throw he wanted if your scenario played out. But he decided to miss critical, game-winning free throws in the game.

He had only 3 rebounds so that is highly unlikely.

Please.... they’ve given plenty of reasons why they thought they could do it.

Why do we want Indy when we cant beat them this year. No one can stop Lebron-lite Oladipo and since Smart is also a scratch for the POs, we can be toasted by those Hicokry basketball team, they have supreme confidence over us right now.

I don't understand. We pulled out last year series with Bulls and later with Wizards, with worse team than this one, so I see no reason why this team can't reach the finals, no mather who they play against until then.

I have no idea what you’re talking about. We were 2-2 against them, and one of our losses we didn’t have Brown and Horford or Irving for the second half. Oladipo has been fantastic, but I’d still rather deal with him than LeBron.

And Smart is a scratch for the playoffs? You must have inside info because that hasn’t been confirm3d by the media. Or maybe it fits your narrative better to say he’s out and we are doomed.

So, “those Hicktory basket team” is too tough for us, then who do you want?

I like what Indy is doing and they have been playing well, could maybe win 50 with a good stretch to end the season, but I don’t think it’s a given they get out of the first round.

But I guess by then you’ll be scared of Philly or Milwaukee too.

So disappointing. I know the Celtics should've have even been competitive in this one given that who they were missing, but they should've won it in regulation, should've won it in overtime, and just couldn't execute in the final seconds both times.

I nice showing but a disappointment.

I watched the game and was both happy with our performance and thought Washington is simply not that good and they should be worried.  They needed 2 overtimes to beat us and we were playing without horford, Irving, brown (starters) and smart and Theis both quality rotation players.
Great job by Stevens and the "next guy up"

Wizards game I think Nader played 25 minutes, that says it all
