Really impressive win and solid performances by everybody! Great to see the streak continue - reminded me of last year's playoff team (without Horford, of course)

Impressive win by the Celtics, without 5 of their top 10 rotation players.

When they are playing well as a team they will be in the finals for sure.

This is where the depth of the team becomes a real advantage. In a way it’s easier for them because the roles are a lot clearer and they get more touches. Still have to make the touches count and they did tonight. This starting five and bench we have right now is still good enough to start for most NBA teams and that’s a luxury not every team has. Just gotta make sure that everyone knows their roles when everyone is healthy and I think we will be in good shape the rest of the season.

It’s the lamest nickname in the history of NBA basketball. Time lord is the type of alien “Doctor Who” is.  It’s a long running BBC sci fi show that’s been going since the 1960s.  It’s for children.  He travels through space and time.  They look like this: 



Robert missed his first press call because he got confused by a central time zone - so some folks jokingly started calling him Time Lord because time lords perceive time differently in the show.  Most people calling him time lord don’t realize how dorky it is and that it was a nickname created to make fun of Robert being an idiot.

I was listening to The NBCSports Boston Celtic podcast and Sherrod and Draper we’re talking to him about it and he said someone explained to him what it was about and he actually likes it now. I think it’s a cool nickname personally

He plays with intelligence.  Seems to anticipate incredibly well... Pogo stick... Hands...   

He has done really well so far.  Brad should continue to find minutes for him.  He could be super helpful if we have a big get an injury late in the year.

That was a very good win.  Down three stars and we still have garbage time at the end. 

Quick shout out to Brown.  I posted a few times in the game that he was playing poorly, so it's only fair that I also give him props when he plays well.  I liked seeing him turn it around in the fourth quarter. 

Williams isn't ready yet but I think he'll be a good one for us.  AD had to take 34 shots to get his tonight.  Frankly, I don't mind if a guy gets 40 on us on that shot volume.  I'll take that.  Williams got toasted quite a bit, but he battled all night and also made several plays of his own.  Keep working, rook.

Hope we start getting some guys back.

So only nerds find it nerdy.  I can live with that.

There’s millions of Doctor Who fans.  Most of them would just find it strange that you are comparing Robert Williams to Jodi Whittaker. 

The guys on twitter who came up with the nickname created it to make fun of Robert.  It’s a nickname teasing him about his inability to keep track of time.  Hence comparing him to a space alien in a sci fi show.  It’s a running joke and the fact that the media is running with it without realizing what it is just makes the troll funnier.
