I ran the draft simulator twice. The first time Philly got the #1 pick (Doncic); the second time we ended up at #3 (Jackson).

I feel like with all the hype and hope displayed here in these last 24-36 hours, we're all just setting ourselves up for disappointment despite the low odds as is, but screw it! I'm excited 

As long as Philly doesn't get #1 and CLE doesn't get a Top-3 pick out of all this, I'm happy.

this is pretty much where I am at...such low probability for us to get the pick.

I really hate how they announce the picks.  Instead of this reverse order BS, they should show us the actual lottery as each ball is picked.  After each ball, they could pause for 10 seconds, and have an updated probability of each team getting that pick given the balls that have been selected.  Would provide much more intrigue then us just waiting to see if the Lakers picks is there at 10,11 or 12, etc..

Took me 28 and then 17 times for the pick to convey to Boston. Let's go with your luck.

Last year was so fun with the draft lol.

We get pick #1 (extremely nervous DURING the lottery show), celebrate hard, have a Fultz week on this entire site (forums and main site), hear trade rumors, deny it, see it happen, have a meltdown, scream at Ainge, hear more trade rumors, nothing happens, Jackson refuses workout, we rage, then we draft Tatum, and the rest is history...    

I'm happy the way it worked out, and apologize to Ainge for raging at him about trading the pick (Fultz). I'm also glad we didn't trade for rental George. Allowed us to have good depth (bench)

that isnt how it works. it is a combination of balls and there are frequent redraws when a team gets its range of numbers more than once. it would be boring.
