The Lakers would make a perfect match, but not sure how they can successfully trade for both AD and Paul with salary constraints.

And why does he want out anyway? He is in a pretty perfect situation; kind-of a jerky thing to do, it's not like teams are dying to trade for him. Only Wall's contract is worse.

Here's the Lakers roster right now:

Don't see any way they trade for CP3?
Any odd typos are because I suck at typing on an iPhone :D

Can anyone blame him? Not sure if I considered myself a superstar, and Paul does for good reason, that I would want to play alongside another superstar that hogs the ball as much as Harden.

Harden's usage percentage was the highest in the league and was almost 20% more than Embiid's 2nd highest in the league usage percentage. Harden's usage percentage was almost 2 times that of Paul's.

That's not team offense and I don't blame Paul for not wanting to be a part of it anymore.

So, upon seeing this I must admit that I started to fire up the trade machine to see how we could get a Horford plus filler for Capela and Paul trade, but then I soon realized that I forgot about that gargantuan contract that Paul signed last year. Uh, yeah, he's going to be getting paid north of $44M when he's 37 freaking years old. Yeah, no spank you to trading for Paul.

Despite his talents, I can't even imagine a team both (1) wanting him and (2) also being able to acquire him.

I don't see how they could afford to take back his salary, but the Sixers should go for him if they can manage it under the cap rules.

At a glance, it also looks like the Sixers have the cap flexibility to do it. CP3 would be a great fit with Embiid and Simmons.

How about the Knicks?

That's funny  ;D.

Especially since I know you're serious (and perhaps for good reason).

The Knicks...where formerly great point guards go to die....

He can follow in the footsteps of Stephan Marbury

I can totally see them trading for CP3 and signing an injured KD, recreating the Marbury-Amare era Knicks.

Capela and Paul to Celtics 😜

I would like Capela.

As for Chris Paul....I don't know.

That contract is a killer and he's 34.

Yeah, Ainge takes gambles, but never gambles that handicap the team financially long term.
