From my understanding, the deal won’t be able to be completed by 8/6 anyways so who knows if it stays as is or it changes to include other pieces.

I wanna see how the Collins signing affects this deal.

I wanna know what’s happening with Markkanen. Not a world-beater but he is a legit offensive threat and would be a great pickup for the 4, since apparently no one wants him?

If they could squeeze Bagley out of SAC that would be incredible…

But I suspect, nothing is next.

Wasn’t he rumored to be on his way to Minny?

Wolves are supposedly interested in a sign and trade for him - he makes since next to KAT as two floor spacing bigs next to Edwards and DLo.

Not the worst as injury insurance.

He also defends the post better than Al or Timelord. Good locker room guy. Don’t hate it.

Often injured, heavy feet, and older than before he played for Celtics. Has not nor cannot play new up tempo game. He is who he is , not really on board with the bridge year scenario unless we have a guarantee from Beal or Kat, wink wink

I hope Coach Udoka knows how to use bigs better than Brad did.   Kanter is ok in the right situations and can really board.

I realy think we have it from Beal and he gave his words to join us. I can't imagine we go all out like that if Tatum had not the scoop.

But we will lack big time the 20M of Fournier's TPE. Stevens will have to be much more imaginative next season to build the rest of the roster. Hope we will be able to have the kind of Drummond vet min signing there.

Seems like the Brad Beal situation in Washington is up in the air.

Not that a trade out of Washington now precludes signing him in free agency next season.

Regardless, the C's seem laser focused on next summer for some reason. There's better be a good reason.

Which is very interesting, given it’s Stevens who brought him back

Yes. As I recall, held his own better than one would expect against Embiid, for instance.
