We're only up 2 games on the Hornets and Pacers, if we sit Tatum we could be looking at a lotto pick.  Why risk him getting injured over this

I'd hope we sit a lot of players the next two games, or at least tonight.  The Cavs and Wolves are trying to tank themselves. Let the bench earn the 7th seed and give the top guys some much needed rest.  If we win the next two and the Knicks happen to lose the next two (vs. San Antonio and Charlotte, two teams that have something to play for), then we can have a fully rested team to fight the Knicks for the 6th spot on Sunday.

Well no Walker or Smart tonight. Maybe you’ll get your wish

Why does Brad seeming hate Pritchard?

Jerks around his minutes and then starts Waters over him multiple times.

Confusing..

Brad has done some dumb things this year, is the answer.    He sometimes plays guys he knows and like over guys that pay better this happens all the time.

But what I want to know is what Grant Williams has over CBS, it is pics?   Dirty information, etc.  JK ;D  The time he goes to Grant sometimes defies logic.....

It's been a real baffling coaching year. Very Frustrating.

My guess is he wants Pritchard to have consistency as a PG off the bench since that will be his role in the playoffs when Kemba is fully available.

That would be the case if he gave him consistent minutes but he doesn't....

Does Pritchard get 6-10 minutes or 20? No one knows certainly not Pritchard. Probably not Brad either....

I'm curious how you know this.

Why aren't the Celtics resting Tatum on the second half of back to backs at this point?  There's no reason to wear him out any more than absolutely necessary.
You’ll have to excuse my lengthiness—the reason I dread writing letters is because I am so apt to get to slinging wisdom & forget to let up. Thus much precious time is lost.

Tatum has 32 million reasons to go ballistic these last 3 games.

Pretty much.  If Tatum rests and he thinks it costs him All-NBA and a big salary difference, that's the type of thing that can create some resentment between player and franchise.

That Pritchard doesn't get consistent minutes? He doesn't. I've mentioned it all year. Brad's been directly asked this but doesn't answer like he does when he doesn't want to answer. Maybe Brad does know but he's not telling....

has it been officially announced that Waters is starting?

if that is true, then Brad has officially lost me.  why not play the point guard who comes off the bench that has played really well (PP)?
why start the even smaller point guard that almost single-handedly gave away a game a week or so ago?

Maybe he knows we need talent and that draft pick.   This would explain playing Grant so much as well.

I would've started Pritchard but I do like Waters on these small quick Guards....
