I hate to rip a player so badly, but... G.Will is so freaking useless it hurts.

I change my mind the Celtics do have an identity...spot the other team a double digit lead and see if they can hold on.

He reminds me of when you bring your friend to play on your pickup team. You know he's not a basketball player but you just want to hang around with him and when he's out there you live with the consequences.

Our defensive system is confusing and usually doesn't work.
Confusing to whom?

To me! Lol

Why hasnt CBS made adjustments this season?

Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

Simple analysis of first quarter - one team showed up and played hard with energy and intensity, and the other didn't.

Honestly I don't think energy is the problem.  And that's even worse.  You can fix poor energy... just play harder.  But I think this team's offense is predictable and its defense is broken, and that's a lot harder to fix.

Certainly agree about a predictable, overly-iso reliant offense and a completely inept defense, but I do think a lot of that goes back to lack of effort and energy. More off-ball cutting and movement on offense and intensity on defense would solve a lot of our problems.

Nobody ever misses a 3 against us.

It's like a video game on cheat mode.

Semi can at least hit an open 3 every once and a while.

You know, crap on Smart on all you want with his several dumb passes, but him and Nesmith are clearly the ones playing with any kind of effort and intensity on offense and defense. Everyone else is stagnant and listless out there.
