I haven't seen the results, but my guess is that these teams all *should* be locks for the playoffs.

New York
Chicago
Indiana
Cleveland
Miami
Atlanta

Houston
Dallas
Oklahoma City
Minnesota
Portland

That said, I know that some of those teams were left out on certain ballots (inexplicably, in my opinion).

Usually your ballots reflect the 'mainstream' opinion (thats not a dig, just saying usually you seem to have a good handle on these things) but this year I think you're off. Like people have been saying, too much parity, and couple that with inconsistent voting, sparse, in some cases, debate, the phrase 'it's anyone's guess' comes to mind.

To be honest I don't think my team is a lock as a good amount of people had me not making it, I'm expecting to be in 5he 6th through 8th seed.

You're certainly entitled to your opinion, Roy, but I definitely do not agree with at least three of your "locks".  Granted, only one team listed here did I not vote into the playoffs.

Rabble rabble rabble! >:(

In all seriousness, I find it quite funny that a team with the DPOY and a recent finals MVP is not a lock for the playoffs.

Poop on you Roy.

Yeah I had one out too and a few weren't locks, rather low seeds.

If I don't have results tonight, expect them first thing tomorrow morning

We obviously must have different ideas on what constitutes 1st thing in the morning.  :-\

I didn't put you in the playoffs and here are my main reasons.

Gasol is a great defensive player, but now there will be much more penetration to the rim as Calderon is the worst defensive pg and no where near Conley, Matthews is good but no where near Allen.

Gasol is great, but you make him seem like the greatest defensive player of all time I mean 2 centers made the All Defensive 1st team and Gasol was not one of them.

You are asking alot from Dirk. (Scoring wise)

Your bench is going to have a hard time scoring.

Guys lets remember that Nick has a life and CB Draft is not his first priority andd shouldn't be. Also sorting out all the votes is not the easiest thing to do.

Meh, I don't want to open another "presser" type debate but I feel all of these issues have been addressed.

Well, we can't all be right.  Looks like you'll have plenty of company with your missed pick, Faf. ;)
