Adrian Peterson's 2-year-old son passes away

The Sioux Falls Police Department revealed Friday that Adrian Peterson's two-year-old son has passed away due to injuries sustained during an alleged assault by the boyfriend of the child's mother.

If wiki is correct South Dakota only has execution if the murder is premeditated. So realistically if I'm Adrian I'm working hard to make sure this guy serves the least time possible then let the guy know "When you get out you and me have a date".   In the mean time have multiple trusted friends visit random guys in the jail he's in.  Eventually put a bounty on him.   But I wouldn't live in the same world with him any more than a pit bull that killed my kid.

I'm not sure it's either fair or in good taste to speculate about stuff like that.  Regardless of how close Peterson was to his son, the fact that a 2 year old is dead is still nothing less than tragic.

I have read other stories about men who are boyfriends of mothers with young children being left alone with those children and physically abusing them.  And, in cases such as this one, abusing them to the point of death.

It's chilling and horrifying.  This man should obviously never have been left alone with that child.
