I'm not a fan of Harden or his game but the Rockets are 12-5 while Chris Paul has been out and the last few games have been without Capella too.  Besides Lebron, I think is unlikely that anyone else could have done that.

I too am not a huge Harden guy but he’s been sensational carrying the Rockets.

He’s more impressive than Kobe was during that egomaniacal season he had.

Have we seen this type of scoring from anyone other than Wilt and (perhaps) Jordan?

Harden definitely is the best scorer in the league, there's no denying that at this point.

It remains to be seen if he's up to the task of carrying a team to a title, though.  So far it seems he might no be.

I’d love to see Harden beat Kobe’s 81 point game.

Probably not honestly. And it's never been an issue with Harden doing this in the regular season. It just hasn't really translated into much success in the postseason seemingly. Their best hope at winning it all though is still with a healthy CP3 and Capela alongside Harden

Well if they run their offense every single time through Harden and he plays 40 minutes...he can even beat Wilts 100 point game... ;D

Why do the Celtics always play on Superbowl Sunday every year? Is it like a tradition or what lol

Actually, yeah. For at least 10 to maybe 15 years the Celtics played the 76ers at like noon on Superbowl Sunday. Some years they had Celtics-Lakers on SB Sunday too.

I guess its just me, but a guy who routinely shoots 25% on 20 three attempts is not impressive.  He is a massive ball hog.  He needs close to 50% of the darn shot attempts to get his numbers.  Compare to lebron who gets similar numbers while making his team mates better.  Harden will never win his way because no one wants to play with him if they have enough talent to make the team good.  They will beat up on the lower quality teams that can't slow him down, but the good teams will win the series most times.

Was just wading through schedules of different teams. Philly lost to Denver on Saturday, 126-110 on the first game of a dreadful West Coast trip.

Take a look at their next 7 games. Philly could have Boston coming into town in mid-February while Philly is on a 7game losing streak

@LAL
@GSW
@SAC
vs TOR
vs DEN
vs LAL
vs BOS

Okay maybe upon losing to Boston they won't be on an 8 game losing streak, but they could easily be 2-6 with losses to @Den(game already lost), vs Den, Bos, @Sac, @GSW, and vs Tor. And if LeBron plays in either of the LAL games, that could mean losses there too.

Really? That would be quite a big shock to them IMO. Although them trusting the Process only for he to not trust them and demand out would be hilarious. Can't say I would be sad if Boston jumped at Philly with an offer in this scenario though

There was minor beef with simmons already and embiud is insanely arrogant

If philly isnt the tip team, and he continues to see kawhi, lebron, davis and other through their superstar weight around........

Yeah, plus the addition of Butler hasn't made them a mega team like many thought it may
