Need to sign Schroeder long term..not many options out there this offseason..he fit great here and seems to like it here
Unfortunately that is unlikely to happen. He’s been good for the Cs.

He's been great.  Problem is it takes some very fuzzy math to make the salaries work.  I imagine Schroder could command something in the $20MM/year range.

Yeah, pretty much MLE or bust. Stupid that we can trade for a player making $17M with the Fournier TPE, but we can keep our own player. Those are the rules, though, I guess.

As for this game, great to see everybody come out and do great down two starters and a rotation player. As we can see PP and Nesmith both have game and would be proving that on a different team with more opportunity. I love our depth, but hate that these guys only play in a break glass in case of emergency situation.

Nice things went as predicted. They shot well off the back to back and the subs held the lead. Wish it was an earlier game had to miss most of it.

Lol. Schroder is so likable. TP, Denis, TP.

Interesting...Schroder plays much better in the starting lineup, he scores well, not as consistent as Brown but pretty darn good. Ball movement and overall passing in general improve too. His D is solid, but not as switchable as Brown.

Brown as a sixth man? He'd be the main option when Tatum sits, and also with a second unit. They'd be able to create their own separate pace.

In theory I completely agree BUT that's if Brown is even willing to accept that kind of role. If he is though, sweet! That'd be awesome going forward and balances out the units well

Most players play better with the starters.  Can we wait and see a healthy Brown with the team before benching him?

Are we also benching Horford seeing how well Grant plays with the starters?
