Has anybody seen this?  I watched it tonight (it being Friday the 13th and all).  I don't find most horror movies to be all that scary; I didn't care too much for hyped movies like Paranormal Activity and The Strangers.

I thought Insidious was awesome.  Scary, spooky, in parts funny...  Definitely a good time.  There's been some criticism that the second half doesn't match the first half in tone, but it didn't bother me much.  I thought the "explanation" part was interesting.

Definitely an entertaining movie.  If you like scary movies, I'd recommend this one.

I concur, though the whole explanation part bogged down the movie IMO.  The first half of the movie is outstanding.  It does a great job of building suspense and dread.  Definitely a great example of how you can scare an audience with a PG-13 rating.

Saw it premiere at TIFF last year with a midnight audience.

Very fun stuff and a big hit. Sequel coming.

I'm definitely going to watch it. I'm a sucker for scary movies but generally most of them tend to suck.

My brother and I took our mom to see this on Mother's Day (lol).

It was interesting. Had it's spooky moments. Probably not worth the $11/ticket unless you are a big horror movie fan. I'd recommend catching it once it came out on DVD/BR. It had it's good moments.

But for me, the most entertaining part was the teenage girl in front of us doing everything in her power to shield her eyes from the screen. She was using every limb possible to block the screen.

$11?  Yikes.  I guess I'll quit complaining about ticket prices here.
