Brandon Ingram out for the remainder of season with a Deep Venous Thrombosis in his right arm.

Sounds like a horrible injury. Hope the guy will be okay moving forward, he's been playing solid these days. However, no excuse for the C's to lose tonight with the Lakers' injury front.

I know next to nothing about this type of injury/condition.  Does it drop his trade value at all?

Edit: I should add that I also hope he recovers.  Don't wish for or celebrate injuries for anyone.

He is suffering from blood clots in his arm.  This is serious because the clot could travel to the heart.  I had one last year go to my lungs and was very painful.  If they caught it early,  blood thinners can help to dissolve it.  However,  this is the same thing that ended Chris Bosh's career.  Hopefully they caught it quickly and he will be ok.

Dang I didn't know that. Feels like you've been through a lot recently @FLCelts.  :(

Glad you're okay and hope things are getting better overall!  ;D

This has trap game written all over now. They'll use Ingram's injury as a team-rally together on top of how much they've lost.

Expect a blowout.

Yikes, that doesn't sound good at all.  Glad you were able to get through it.  Feel bad bringing up his trade value at all now.

If Kuzma and/or Stephenson, in addition to Ingram and Ball, isn’t playing...And if LeBron truly only plays 30 mins... we should win.

I'm hoping for a blowout. This team should be upset that they lost that way in Boston to this team. And with the Lakers openly tanking at this point, it would be great to just smoke that team in LA and add to their misery.

We've lost to LeBron's trashy Cavs before so ehhh. Also, this Celtics team still enjoys playing down to their competition.

But I hope we win for revenge sales. Need to split the series and avoid a sweep by them.

I would think that, if there's even a doubt, they won't play Kuzma. No reason to risk it.

It's difficult to believe Ingram has an arm injury with guns like that.

With the Pacers and Sixers facing off tomorrow, it would be nice if the Celts get an easy win today.

No Kuzma. No Ingram. No Lonzo Ball.

No chance for LA.

Nice breakdown by Chauncey on how Celtics are different with and without Kyrie.
