Jaylen is still so crazy raw..
Yeah. Him and Roz standing in the same spot was pretty bad.

That was a terrible call.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

Is it just me, or have 80% of the points been scored on Rozier and Horford?
We are having to switch every time off that high pick and roll. Only Smart beats it but then they just run him off a second one. They are getting mismatches every time. It's not just Roz.

Not just... But he ruins the team defense with his total inability to guard his own man or have the awareness on team D.

Yeah, I love those seemingly arbitrary foul calls. That's great defense by Smart, and you could literally call that almost every time he goes around a screen. To call that only occasionally makes no sense whatsoever.

Yeah, it's on our bigs just as much as our guards, because I'm not sure how, but we seemingly forgot how to guard the PnR over the summer.
Its tough when you have your big defending Wall or trying to close out on beal off the pick.

Olynyk also switched a couple times when Roz and someone else didn't need it. It's been bad.

Pro:
Smart, Brown, Hayward, Tatum, Kemba, Grant Williams, Sleepy Williams, Edwards!

Anti:
Kanter, Semi, Theis, Poierier

  • A true Celtic plays with heart.
We need a center though. Horford is too focused on trying to help, instead of staying close to the perimeter.

And then Smart get hammered going to the hoop.

I like Smart being aggressive, but there were a lot of players open.

It's always bad, and it really doesn't matter who we play. That's one of the major reasons our defense is so lackluster this year.

Someone could shoot Smart with a shotgun and he wouldn't get a call!
