Who allowed Murray to score 48 in a win? I'll never understand that lack of pride.

Scalabrine is the worst kind of apologist. So sick of his nonsense. Never calls the team out.
No one can call them out. They'd lose their job.  But yeah, Scal is annoying. In fact everyone on that broadcast is annoying except for Mike, Tommy and maybe Abby.  The rest....

I find Tommy to be annoying, honestly.

I think Mike might be the best play-by-play guy in the business. The New Orleans crew is pretty good, too, though.

Them fighting words.

No Celtics fan should ever utter those words. Show some respect. The guy has forgotten more basketball than you or anyone on these boards will ever know.

unfortunately, i don't understand the lack of pride either, but that was my fear when we traded for him. his perspective on basketball is not that of a Celtic. He likes the idea of being a Celtic and all that goes along with that, but is clueless to what it takes mentally and physically.

This is sickening - and what happened to our rebounding improvement from last season? oh right, when your post guys are hanging out at the 3-line, they are not in position to hit the boards. they prefer to play finesse basketball rather than getting in the lane and working and our coach is too frightened to tell players what they can and cannot do.

Well... doesn't take a genius to guess who you're talking about.

All I can say is our entire team was expected to deal with issues regarding chemistry, from the beginning, but rolled over to the next year.

All I can say is our team has had great defense, although we blew it tonight. But who was even guarding Murray? I didn't watch the game due to work.

Still too early to panic, our team is 10x better when the entire team is healthy and Irving/Hayward is a huge key ingredient to our success.

We were switching quite a lot, but mainly it was kyrie on him.

At the end it was a lot of Smart though. Didn't slow him down.
When you're hot you're hot.

Kyrie only getting 2 shots in the last 5 minutes is ridiculous though. Much more annoyed about Brad's equal opportunity offence garbage than a redhot guy hitting shots

And one of those was a bailout fadeaway.

I don't know - I think maybe the socialist offense might eventually work. But needs to get better for sure. Doesn't seem like we have enough cutters and slashers. At the moment Gordon Wayward seem to either be the ball handler in the PnR, or playing in the corner and shifting to the perimeter wing when the ball is driven inside, looking for a kickout.

That felt like a game where Theis (or a more experienced Bob) would have been super valuable

As opposed to Booker who scored 70 against a prideless IT led team....

I remember Suns never even sniffing us in that game.
No shame or lack of pride present when you are leading by 20 whole game long.
The most worthless 50, let alone 70 I ever saw.
Booker wouldn't even start on this team.

I really thought Brad killed our momentum in the 2nd quarter after that great start when he put in an all bench lineup of Rozier/smart/morris/semi/baynes.....when you have 5 starters who can all score why wouldnt you stagger them and leave one or two at all times with the bench unit?

that unit gave up the lead before brad called a timeout and it was all downhill from there. Then in the 3rd quarter the whistles started by the refs.

but I thought Brad leaving that unit in, and leaving them in too long really is what got the Nuggets back into the game. My only beef with brad really is that I think he tries out these horrible lineups and leaves them in too long.
