Goes back to the start of the 2nd quarter.

This loss is on Brad.  And our soft defense that won't whack the **** out of Murray when he comes into the paint.
A lot of that weakness inside is because Al almost refuses to do that, and Baynes barely cracked 10 minutes

Robert Williams should've gotten more minutes.

Tatum had, for almost the first time ever, a wide open mid-range jumper. And he jab steps for literally no reason and runs into Jokic.

He has been garbage, only outshone by Rozier

lol

Tatum only take DIFFICULT mid range jumpers. To be fair he makes a lot of them
Not this season. He's shooting 38% from 3-10 feet, 29% from 10-16 feet, and 35% from 16-arc. So really he's been awful from the mid-range this season. Meanwhile he was in the 40's from 10-16, 16-arc and from 3 last season

Yep, he started out hot but has come crashing back to earth from mid range this year.

boy, 48 points by murray and they played pretty good defense on him. sometimes it happens.

even with 48 points by him, the celtics were in this game to the finish. if they had hit a few of those open 3 it would really close.

well, tps for everyone to console you all.  ;D

Brad ultimately lost this game for us in the second quarter with that brain fart of a lineup that got them right back in the game, in addition to continuing to play Rozier bigger minutes even though he kills us on both sides of the ball and is clearly playing for his next contract and not buying into a new, lesser role.

Brad is a smart guy, and he has a lot of great qualities as a coach. But for whatever reason he gets a pass for really struggling with in-game decision-making, especially rotations. He regularly makes dumb substitutions trying to get too cute with lineups, and he's very slow to react.

This is a perfect example of one of those games where he gets too cute with the lineups and costs us.

We can micro manage this game all we want but when a guy goes for 50 on his home court and we play some of the worst defense of the year, you're gonna lose.

Should have clubbed Murray senseless for trying to make that layup at the end of the game.

It's really bad too because shots from between 10 feet to the arc are making up 39% of his total FGA. Simply inexcusable.
