Tell me how many wins for Prime CP3,  Nash, Kidd or Thomas this year for the Celtics.

I'd say we'd have 55 wins with prime Nash and 60 wins with Prime Isaiah

If you're going to add a top 10 PG of all time, the team is going to win a ton and compete for a title, if not win it.

Thing is, the same can be said about 15 other teams in the league.

I would be good with Magic. How about we add Magic to the team?!?!

Sorry, KG, just having some fun. Your point is a good one. With a top of the line PG, this team is a lot better.

Any of the guys in the poll would be perfect, and I assume Isaiah would be a more accurate 3 point shooter nowadays.  I miss having a point guard who is one of our main threats.  I think that makes offense much easier in this NBA.  Someone who can get where they want to on the court and break down the defense.  The offense makes more sense when a guy like Isiah Thomas or Kyrie is the one handling the ball.  As good as Tatum is, I'm not a huge fan of giving the ball to him outside the 3 point line as our main offensive strategy in crunch time.  It's like watching Carmelo Anthony in his prime.  He's a great shot creator and maker but I'd rather have a point guard who is a major threat initiating the offense due to the possibility of breaking down the entire defense rather than just creating enough space for himself.  Jaylen has improved his handle so much maybe he should function as the point guard in crunch time.

Voted for CP3. Imo, he's the best player of the 4 mentioned in the poll, plus he'd be the best fit alongside the Jays. Fwiw, we had our final(?) chance to trade for CP3 a year ago. I bet Kemba + 2 firsts would have gotten the job done. The Thunder are in asset collection mode. All they want is picks and prospects. We know for a fact they were willing to eat Kemba's salary. I mean, they did so after the Horford trade.

36-year-old CP3 + the Jays would have formed a legit contending team in my book. Gimme Tatum + Brown over Booker + Ayton. Unlike the Suns, we lack elite 3+D role players, but I'd sill like our chances a lot.

Do you think Cousy could play in the modern NBA?  I would say Magic Johnson, I know he is Laker but I think he would be the best fit with our guys

Of those choices it is Nash despite him being the worst player.
2023 Historical Draft - Brooklyn Nets - 9th pick

Bigs - Pau, Amar'e, Issel, McGinnis, Roundfield
Wings - Dantley, Bowen, J. Jackson
Guards - Cheeks, Petrovic, Buse, Rip
