Grizzlies @ Raptors, 76ers @ Blazers tomorrow.

I hope the Raptors show up for this game and hope the Blazers beat Philly.

According to the schedule, the Grizzlies have played 70 games and the Blazers 71.  Yet each have three games left on the schedule...   Can someone explain..

yes, all teams had 8 extra games added on to what they've played up to date.  it goes by win %

TJ Warren vs Lebron is turning into a legit battle. I'm a bit worried of the possibility of facing the Pacers in round 1. Warren's emergence is legit, and they have Oladipo back too.

Maybe the Pacers win the 5 vs 4 matchup against Miami, and then stun #1 Milwaukee.

Per Woj, Simmons will undergo arthroscopic surgery on his knee and likely miss the rest of the season.

LOL an older friend I have used to joke with me about LeBron James.

He can't stand him. He's a NY Fan so that's that.

He'd say that LeBron is the biggest dude on the floor, the most physical but yet cries when he gets knocked down and doesn't get a call lol.................

Just thought about that seeing LeBron go down just a sec ago.

Zero defense being played in this Clippers-Blazers game. Plenty of bombing away from three.

Clippers don't care. They want POR to win so that they face LAL first round lol.

Unfortunately, Clippers rallied late to beat Portland. Now Portland 1.5 game behind Memphis.

Memphis needs to lose the rest of the way while Portland needs to keep winning or else Portland won't be able to make the playoffs.

It doesn't matter i think...
As long as Portland is within 4 games vs Memphis then there will be a play in for the 8th seed...they just need to beat the Grizz twice but chances are, Portland can still clinch a PO spot...even the Suns have a chance for if they end up tied with Portland, they play one game against each other as a KO elimination game for the right to meet Grizzlies.

Between free throws and threes, how many airballs did Giannis have last night? I was only half-watching, but I think I can count three airballed free throws and two airballed threes.

Whats the record for airballs in an NBA game? That has to be it, right?

Yes, Giannis had 3 airballed free throws. A bit weird that a player with some obvious flaws can win MVP and DPOY.
If he can increase his free throw percentage to like 75%, 3-point-shooting to 35% and stops getting into foul trouble soo often then he can really 'break' the NBA.

Yeah, he’s an offensive machine. If he can tighten up his shot selection it’s over.

Have the last couple of laker losses been pretty legit or just end of season, nothing to play for kind of stuff?  I don't want to get too excited about a potential upset only to see them go all out and demolish their first round opponent.

I think it's mostly end of season stuff. They've clinched the 1 seed and I don't think Lebron's going 100% currently because he's a bit banged up, and he doesn't have to right now. But I will say this. I still don't know who exactly the Lakers can consistently rely on after AD and Lebron. Who is their reliable #3 option on the team? I actually think not having Bradley will hurt them especially in a series against a team like the Clippers or Rockets.

Agree with other posts though. The Blazers can definitely give the Lakers some fits and put them on upset alert. Sure, they may not have a good answer for Lebron, but do the Lakers have good answers for CJ + Dame? Not really IMO. I could see a series between those teams going 6 or even 7 games. But the Lakers would comfortably beat the Grizzlies in 4 or 5.
