Hopefully, this victory silences we need Kevin Love threads.

Aye.

But it may create some we need Tristan Thompson threads.

Tristan is probably a better fit for how the team currently plays, though he is equally unobtainable given his salary. (we aren't shipping Marcus/Hayward for him)

Yeah, Love didn't look very good last night, at all.

He also didn't play well the last time we saw them in Cleveland.

It's possible maybe he's disengaged and wants to be on a contender. But if not, he's really slipped quite a bit.

As for Thompson, great rebounder, but if he can't shoot free throws then he's a walking foul target.

At least Jaylen seems to have improved his free throw shooting. Thompson has been in the league longer and still hasn't improved which tells me it's a sign of laziness or not just not willing to apply yourself and improve as a player.

Agree to all that. The only way he wears green is the Cavs can’t find a trade partner and decide to buy him out, then he clears waivers and decides to come to Boston.

Hard to believe even the first step happens, let alone the next two.
