hope u get ingredients

2 patas enteras.( cow meat, legs, feet kind of)
1 libras de ubre o tripas de res ( cow stomach)(callos)
1 plátano maduro
2 hojas de repollo (col)
2 ó 3 guineos de seda o indios, verdes (según tamaño) (banana)
1 yuca grande o 2 medianas ( its a root)
1 zanahoria de regular tamaño ( carrot)
2 bolsas de relajo o especies para sopa de patas (ajonjoli, semillas de calabaza (alhuashte) hojas de laurel, ajo, chile ciruela y chile guaco, tomillo, comino.) ( species ALOT OF THEM)
1 cebolla grande o en su defecto 2 ó 3 pequeñas. (onion)
las papas, el huisquil, el chile verde, son opcionales ( potato)
Sal al gusto(salt)

That big chunk of corn looks like too much wok for a hangover.  It's been a while since I needed my own special medicine, but the following always did the trick for me.

1 - Large glass of ice water
2 - Advil
1 - can of Progresso Hearty Chicken with Rotini (that stuff just put the life back in me)

Add Chile and ure set to be ultra Hyper dehidratated
thats why Wiki say u have to take the soup next to a cold beer ( who happens to be the real medicine)
