Bass catches a ridiculous amount of flak around here it seems - he's a limited player, but consistently contributes in the areas he's good at.  Went from starting on an ECF team to 4th big on a bad team without any complaining or any noticeable drop in effort.  18 points tonight led the team, but Bass plays hard every night and deserves a lot more credit than he gets.

I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)

  • A true Celtic plays with heart.
He has stone hands, but somehow catches and finishes all of the passes from Rondo.

he is a really solid player overall.  he is sometimes underestimated on D, and he can catch people sleeping on him with the one step power dunk.

I would let Bass babysit my kids.

He's a guy you can trust.

Lights out from the elbow and baseline mid range jumpers. Lights out at the line. Our best defensive 4. Didn't make that big a fuss about losing his starting gig to some kids (oh you said that). With his skillset he could quickly adapt and help a lot of teams.

He's going to help somebody else win a title and become a fan favorite. So good at what he does.

And let's not forget he's basically BBD's good twin.  Stocky muscular instead of stocky fat, stays healthy, doesn't whine or complain, and MAKES HIS JUMPERS!!  ;D

...on the other hand his odds of making a game-winner and trucking a fat kid while celebrating are probably very slim, so pros and cons.

He wasn't quite as bad tonight as he usually is... does that count? ;D

In all seriousness, though, he's a good professional who always plays his game. I just hate when the ball sticks in his hands.
