The Celtics go 10-10 and everyone loses their mind.

If I could give 100 TPs for this I would.  So here is 1.

Is there a contest for most ridiculous thread goung on? This, the Cavs trade thread where Horford is dealt for Thompson/Korver, and the Hayward for Fultz/fillers is a murders row of ridiculousness.

no this is business as usual for this board.

The Celtics go 10-10 and everyone loses their mind.

well if they go 41-41 it'll be too late to lose our minds.

everyone has every right to be concerned, esp. considering if you asked everybody here in sep. this team was going to the finals, and for good reason this team has improved every yr. it seemed logical and appropriate to think that.

this team looks like they've got a better chance at a late lottery pick right now. the concern is legitimate.

Even at 41-41, being upset with our playoff seed means we should lose our minds?

I’m sure expectations were improvement and NBA Finals. So far, neither have been ruled out. They got off to a sluggish start, something many predicted. They are the most talent in the East, and more often than not, talent prevails. Brad May have to keep tweaking until we get right, but when we do, we will be much improved... and on our way to the Finals.

I like the idea.  Theis doesn't really add anything to this team since his injury so there's no real reason to hold onto him.

Even if Bobby Wiilliams doesn't grow as a player at all he's probably deserving of 11 minutes a game on this team.

However, fair warning, don't be surprised if you don't see his game mature... No big has actually ever improved under Brad Stevens.

Is the single "yes" from the OP? Can OP's vote on their own polls?

Absolutely not, I love Daniel Theis' energy off the bench, and he can hit the occasional three.

Cutting him would be counter productive. I'll trade him for Maxi Kleber, though.
